"Mary did an outstanding job helping my husband and me prepare our home for sale in a short amount of time. She provided an initial consultation spending 3-4 hours with us reviewing options and providing suggestions. I had prepared as best I could to list our house, but I really believe Mary’s expertise and ideas are what gave the house that something special that brought in so many people to our home! Our agent said that she hasn't seen that kind of activity in a very long time; we had 9 different agents bring potential buyers into our home in 4 days of being listed.
We ended up canceling even more scheduled showings because we received & accepted an offer in only 4 days of being on the market!! The offer was for full asking price with no seller's assist - we never envisioned such a great offer!
